The EXAMINE range of RF test equipment provides key features of traditional testers but at a price and size that makes it practical to have one-per-desk.

The compact SC5000 front-end is used across the range and can rapidly switch modes to operate as any of the EXAMINE products.

This powerful capability means that a single piece of hardware can support multiple products, keeping costs and desk real-estate to a minimum.

The user interface consists of cross-platform PC software. By embedding all real-time functions into the SC5000 hardware, there are no particular performance or memory requirements placed on the PC.

The EXAMINE LTE Tester provides the key functions of traditional UE/modem LTE test equipment. Perfect for day-to-day functional testing including traffic generation and monitoring, deep packet inspection and physical layer health checks across all frequency bands.

The EXAMINE RF Channel Emulator provides true emulation of RF channels. It supports a range of channel models including AWGN and Rayleigh/Rician fading as well as standard 3GPP conformance testing channels for GSM, UMTS and LTE.

The EXAMINE Vector Signal Analyser performs in-channel measurements of downlink LTE signals for eNodeB development and in-field network testing. It is software upgradeable to support multiple standards including WCDMA, WLAN, BT, DAB and DVB.

  • Signal spectrum, constellation, CP/ACP, OBW, EVM, CCDF
  • PSS, SSS, MIB, PDCCH and PDSCH channel decoding
  • 2-channel MIMO receive
