LTE-200 Base Station

Compact 150 Mbps quad-band LTE base station

The EXSITE LTE-200 is a compact LTE base station (eNodeB) supporting 150 users and a data rate of up to 150 Mbps for applications including military communications, distributed antenna systems, emergency services and private networks.

Designed with these markets in mind, the LTE-200 benefits from quad-band flexibility, simple integration with custom management systems, reliability through passive cooling, and hardware features such as an integrated LTE modem for backhaul communications.

The LTE-200 may be supplied with on-board core network software and SIM cards for completely standalone (network-in-a-box) operation. In this mode, simply add DC power and dual RF antennas for a fully functioning network. All signalling and user plane backhaul interfaces are standards-based (3GPP) and simple APIs are provided for management and fault reporting, allowing rapid and reliable integration.

Built around the advanced Cavium CNF73xx system-on-a-chip, the LTE-200 integrates proven technology to deliver high-performance in a compact low-power solution. It is the first in a range of Cavium-based eNodeBs from cellXica.

Customisations are available on request, including alternative banding, non-duplexed antennas and additional hardware features.
